Font of choice i used First Impressions.

Eye Candy Gradient Glow plugin.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper29.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize element10 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Resiz paper17 paste as new layer drag below frame.

Erase overlapping psper around frame.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube image mirror paste as new layer on top right

of frame, drop shaddow.

Resize element29 paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element14 paste as new layer bottom center of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize element28 paste as new layer on top bottom right of tube,drop shaddow.

Resize element6 paste as new layer on top right of element28

rotate drop shaddow.

Add Valentine wordart to top of frame,i used red and pink then gradient glow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name same colours as wordart,then gradient glow.

Add Hug wordart on top center of bear in red.

Delete white background, save as PNG.
