Dsb Flux bright noise.

Font of choice i used Scurlock.

Banner...
File 650x250.Select all float,
Open forum mask23,colourize Hue.73.Saturation.124.
Copy and paste into selection.
Preset shapes.rectangle.Antialis.create as vector ticked.width3.
Colour 2D430F.Draw a rectangle across the center of template.
Duplicate,select all float new layer,fill with 4F9433.
Delete original layer.resize by90,use deformation tool to adjust
so it just sits nicely inside bottom rectangle.
Add dsb bright noise mix 100.to bottom rectangle,
Add penta.com dot and cross to top rectangle.
Resize main tube paste as new layer to right of template.
Effects Exero Porcilian default settings.drop shaddow.
Resize close up tube paste as new layer to left of template.
add porcilian and drop shaddow,as you did on your main tube.
Highlight background select all float,modify contrast by5
invert,new layer Fill with 4F9433.Add inner bevel.
Second bevel.Width5.from top to bottom.10.3.0.15.
light colour.Angle.315.Intensity.50.Elevation.30.Drag to top.
Duplicate resize by90,use deformation tool
adjust all round slightly inside original border.Drag below both tubes.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name on top center of rectangles.Drop shaddow.Save as PNG.

Aviator...

File new 150 by 150.

Work as for your banner,resize layers as you go.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st.letter of your name to center right.

Save as PNG.
