Font of choice, i used Mr Lackboughs.
File new 650x650 fill with white,New layer,fill with paper5.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize e2 paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand, click in center,modify exspand by5.
Paste as a new layer paper1.Invert delete on keyboard.
Drag below frame,select none,drop shaddow frame.
Resize E14 paste as new layer on top left of mask drop shaddow
Erase what you do not want showing,duplicate and arrange
to top and right side of mask,see mine for details.
Resize tube paste as new layer on top bottom of frame,drop shaddow.
You may at this point need to resize your canvas and crop it later.
Resize E6 paste as new layer,top left of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize E17 paste as new layer center left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize E19 paste as new layer on top lrft bottom of tube, drop shaddow.
Resize E20 paste as new layer on top right of E19
rotate to the right drop shaddow.
Resize E12 paste as new layer on top of elements on bottom left,drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom right of tag, Drop shaddow.
Crop and resize if needed. delete white background.
Save as PNG.
