Xenofex2 Constallation.

Font of choice i used Calamity Jane NF.

File new 650x650 fill with white.New layer fill with paper13.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize frame7,paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5,paste paper3 as new layer,

invert delete on keyboard,drag below frame.

Resize tube paste as new layer to bottom of framedelete on keyboard.

Paste tube again on of of original drag to top.drop shaddow.

Erase bottom of legs on tube,drop shaddow frame.

Resize element19 paste as new layer,on top left of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize element30 image mirror,paste as new layer.

On top left bottom of tube,drop shaddow.

Use freehand tool,draw around hand of tube,paste as new layer

on top of dog and original hand.

Resize element20 image mirror,paste as new layer right of dog,drop shaddow.

Resize element5 paste as new layer on top bottom of bow on frame

drop shaddow rotate slightly to left.

Resize element16 paste as new layer on top of chocolates and egg

drop shaddow rotate slightly right.

Use freehand tool draw around left of bow on frame

Resize paste on top of original bow.

Resize element47 paste as new layer on top right of frame,drop shaddow.

Add name add EC gradient glow D16268 size4. place to bottom right of tag.

Highlighlight mask layer,effects Xenofex Constallation.

settings from top to bottom.6,25.15.10.10.12.75.Twinkle rotation 45.

keep original image ticked.Random seed 6647.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp repeat constalltion two times more,hitting random seed once on each layer.

Copy merged these two layers in animation shop after current frame.

View animation,save as.
