Font of choice i used WolfsRain.

Banner...

File new 650by250,fill with white.Resize background

background1 shamrock in that order,from tube layers.

Paste as new layers,chane opacity to 46.

Resize big face paste to left of template.

Resize main tube,paste as new layer,right of template,drop shaddow.

Copy and paste my wordart,just above her right eye on the left of template.

Highlight white background,select all,float,modify contrast by5

invert,new layer fill with 00613A.Drag to top,add dsb noise mix 50.

Duplicate,resize by90.Add EC gradient glow,thin white on 1.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name.Place below right eye of left tube.

Edit copy merged,Paste in animation shop as new animation.

Duplicate 14 times.

Open animation,delete last black frame,resize by75.

Edit select all,edit copy,Highlight 1st.frame of banner,

edit select all edit paste in selected frame.

Place right in top center of the W on the wordart.

View animation,save as.

Aviator...

Work as for your banner.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add name to left of template,rotate to left 90%

Save as PNG.
