Font of choice i used Cherish.
File 650x700.crop later.Fill with white.New layer fill with paper5.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.resize by110.
Resize frame1,paste as new layer,move slightly to the left.Magic wand
click in all center frames,modify exspand by5.fill with paper12,
invert,delete on keyboard,drag below frame.
Resize half tube,image mirror paste as new layer on top frame,delete on keyboard
Change blend mode to luminance.Repeat as above for the bottom frame.
Undo image mirror on your half tube,Now work as above on left frame without the blend mode.
Add Jeux de lignes.Entrelacement,default settings.
Copy and paste full tube to right side of frame,drop shaddow.2.2.50.5.
Resize Wordcherish,paste as new layer center between top and bottom frames,sharpen.
select all float new layer fill with white,delete original layer,drop shaddow.
Resize doodle paste as new layer top left of top frame,drop shaddow.duplicate,
move to bottom left of bottom frame.
Resize butterfly blackandwhite image mirror,paste as new layer,top left flower
drop shaddow,duplicate,move on top bottom right of bottom flower.
Add url copyright and licence number.
add name to bottom left of template,drop shaddow.
delete white background,save as PNG.
