File new 800x800 crop and resize later.fill with white.
Copy and paste paper5.as new layer.Mask,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize frame by75.Paste as new layer.Move toowards top center.
magic wand,Click in center of frame,modify,exspand by3.
Copy and paste paper1.as new image,invert,delete on keyboard.
Select none,drop shaddow.Drag below frame.
Copy and coffin paste as new layer bottom of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize tube by60,paste as new layer on top right of coffin.
Image mirror.Effects,gussian blur set on5.Blend mode to soft light.
Drop shaddow original tube.
Resize candle2.by45.Paste as new layer bottom left of coffin.Drop shaddow.
Resize trinket box by45.Paste as new layer right of candle2.drop shaddow.
Resize cat by30.paste as new layer bottom right of tube,drop shaddow.
Resize ghost by45,paste as new layer on top right of frame paper fill.
Lower opacity to 20.
Resize charm by70.Paste as new layer down left of frame,
sharpen,drop shaddow.Drag below candle2.
Resize rose2.by35.Paste as new layer image mirror 90% right.
Sharpen,drop shaddow.Erase top rose so it looks like its going under tubes foot.
resize hat by40.paste as new layer on top right of trinket box.
sharpen move under rose.drop shaddow.
Resize heart by30.Paste as new layer 0n top bottom trinket.
and opn top right of hat.sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize key by45,paste as new layer right of heart.
rotate 90% left,then use deformation tool rotate slightly
right,sharpen,the drop shaddow.
Resize ribbon by45.paste as new layer on top bottom left elements.
Sharpen,drop shaddow.Erase parts over candle key and heart.
Crop around your tag.Resize by650 pixels width.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name to bottom left of tag,add EC gradient glow,colour black halo set on3.
Highlight candle,use freehand tool point to point.
Draw arounf the candle flame.
Effects EC5 nature fire.Settings from top to bottom.
Fire direction.87.Col74.57.FW.64.Ex.0.W.65.T.31.FI.33.SE.15.Start from bottom ticked Random1.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.
back to psp,undo select none,undo fire.Add fire change random seed 1793.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.
back to psp,undo select none,undo fire,add fire change random seed 5376.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current flame.
Change animation frame properties to 15.View animation,save as.
