Font of choice,i used Jayne Print YOFF
Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
File new 700x700,croplater.Fill with white.
Copy and paste paper5 as a new layer,Mask new from image,
select and apply mask,merge visable.Resize by90.
Copy and paste as a new layer MS9.resize by110.
Magic wand,click in center,Modify exspand by3,
Resize paper2 by45.Paste as new layer,invert,delete on keyboard,
select none,drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.
Resize full tube by35,paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame,
sharpen then drop shaddow.
Resize MS10 by75.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame,drop shaddow.
Drag beneath your tube layer.
Resize MS4 by60.Paste as new layer bottom left of mask,
drag beneath MS10,drop shaddow.
Resize MS17.Paste as new layer on topright of MS4.
Sharpen then drop shaddow.
Resize MS6 by60.Image mirror,Paste as new layer on top
bottom right of tube,Sharpen then drop shaddow.
Add url,copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom right of tag,drop shaddow,drag beneath cat.
Crop around your tag.
Highlight mask layer duplicate twice,name layers 1.2 and 3.
Close 2 and 3,highlight 1,effects,Exenofex2,constellation settings as followes.
From top to bottom.
2.00.19.20.0.100.15.Twinkle roation 45.Keeporiginal image ticked.Random seed 1.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.
Back to psp,hide 1.highlight 2.add constellation,hit random seed once.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp,close 2.Highlight 3.Add constellation hit random seed once.
Edit copy paste in animayion shop after current frame.
View animation,save as.
