Eye Candy gradient glow plugin.

Font of choice i used Celtic Knots.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.Unless stated otherwise.

Tag...

File 650x650,fill with white.New layer,fill with the following gradient.

Foreground #871D33.Background #000000.Make linear gradient from background.

Angle47.10 repeats.invert gradient unticked.Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Copy and paste frame1 as new layer.on top center of mask.Magic wand,click in center,

Modify exspand by5,Paste paper9as new layer,invert hit delete,drag below frame.

Resize tube by75,paste as new layer bottom center of frame.Hit delete.

Select none.Paste tube again on top of original,Sharpen then drop shaddow tube

and frame.Erase overlapping of tube at bottom of frame.

Resize element10 by75.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame.

Freehand tool,draw around the heart,edit cut,select none.

Resize element16 by40.Paste as new layer where you cut original heart from.

Rotate slightly to left.Drop shaddow both the heart and the wordart.

Resize element1 by60.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize element26 by35.Paste as new layer right of element1.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Copy and paste element13,as new layer on top bottom center of mask,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom right of tag,add Eye Candy gradient glow,thin white set on 3.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 11 times.

Open animation,edit select all edit copy.

Highlight 1st.frame of teg,edit select all,edit paste into selected frame.

Place on top right of glass,Back to animation,select all,image mirror.

Paste as above to the left side of glass,View animation,save as.

Banner...

File new 650x250,fill paper9 as new layer.Copy frame from tag,resize by45.

Place center of template.Copy and paste candles from tag,to left of template.

Copy and paste glss from tag,resize by75,paste as new layer on top right of candles.

Copy wordart from tag,paste as new layer bottom right of frame,resize by75.

New layer on top of all layers,Fill with #8F1E36.Select all,modify,contrast by2.

Hit delete.o not disselect,fill with #A0A3AE.modify contrast by3,hit delete.

Fill with #8F1E36.again,modify contrast by4.hit delete.Magic wand

click on the lighter frame center one,add dsb bright noise set on50.

Add url copyright and licence nuber.Add name near top right,add EC gradient glow as on your tga.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Add the animation just above the glass,cone.

View animation,save as.

Aviator...

File new 150x150.paste paper9 as new layer from your banner,resize by75.

Copy and paste tube from your banner,resize by75.move to right of template.

Copy and paste glass from banner resize by45.place bottom left of template.

Add frame borders as on your banner,add noise.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st.letter of name top left of template.

Add animation as on banner but resize by75,place one on top of glass.

View animation,save as.
