File new 650x650.Fill with white.Paste paper4 as new layer,use deformation tool to make it fit.

Mask,new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

Paste frame6.as new layer,on top center of mask.Magic wand,click in center of frame,

modify exspand by10.Resize paper12.by70.then90.Invert hit delete,drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.

Paste tube of choice as new layer,left of frame,drop shaddow twice.

Paste 2014 as new layer,top right of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize Celebrate by45.Paste as new layer bottom right of tube,drop shaddow.

Resize clock1 by45.Paste as new layer,bottom right of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize HNY1 by45.paste as new layer bottom center of frame,

Sharpen,unsharpen the drop shaddow.

Sharpen unsharpen the drop shaddow.

Highlight frame paper fill,paste sparkles3 as new layer,drag below frame.

Resize poppers3 by25,paste as new layer bottom right of clock.

Sharepen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize lights1 by25,paste as new layer on top oc celebration wordart,

Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 by45.paste as new layer on top left of mask.

Sharpen,unsharpen,then drop shaddow.Duplicate image mirror

move up slightly.Duplicate left flower again,image flip.Duplicate mirror.

Resize bottle1 by30.Paste as new layer left of feet of tube,

Colourize Hue3.Saturation 101.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize Glasses2 by30.Paste as new layer on top left of bottle1.Sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize sparkle1 and2 by45.Paste as new layer 1 on top of each bottles and glass

in tubes hand,Sharpen unsharpen as you go.

Add url copyright and licence number.Add name bottom left of tag,EC gradient glow thin white on3.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate 15 times.

Open fireworks2.edit select all,edit copy,Highlight 1st.frame of tag.

Edit select all,edit paste into selected frame.Repeat adding fireworks to your liking.

View animation,Save as.
