Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
File new 650x650,fill with white,new layer fill with paper25.as new layer.
mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize F1 by50.paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand click inside frame,modify exspand by5.
Add Muraha Miesters clouds,Default settings but change BG.colour to 808080.
Copy and paste83 as new layer,bottom center of frame,resizeby 150.
invert hit delete,select none.colourize Hue0 saturation101.Drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube by50,paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame.
Sharpen,unsharpen,then drop shaddow.
Resize109 by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tube,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize50 by25.Paste as new layer on top left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize14by45.paste as new layer bottom left of frame,Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize12 by30.paste as new layer right of 14,sharpen,then drop shaddow.
Resize16 by30.Paste as new layer below right of 12.sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize28 by15.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of 16.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Add 2014 wordart to top left of clock.duplicate resize again place on top rim of ice bucket.
Resize 69 by75.paste as new layer on top right arm of tube,drop shaddow.
Resize43 by35.Paste as new layer top right of wordart 2014.
Also add 2014 wordart on top bottom of43.
Resize127.128and129,by15 paste as new layers,unsharp,place one on large wine bottle
wine bottle in ice bucket and one on top of wine glass.Resize again and place on top of tube glass.
Add url copyright and licence number.Add name to bottom center of frame,Apply EC gradient glow,white size3.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate by15.
Open Fireworks edit select all,edit copy,Edit 1st frame of your tag,edit select all,
paste into selected frame,place to your own liking.Repeat as many fireworks as you want.
