Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5

File new 650b650. fill with white,Copy and paste paper5 as new layer,

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visabe.

Resize Frame3.by85.Rotate right by 90 degrees.Sharpen.

Magic wand click in center,Resize paper9 by75.image flip.Add Penta.com default.

Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete,drag below frame,drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube by 75.erase overlapping at bottom of frame.

Resize45 by30.paste as new layer bottom right of frame.Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize9 by45,paste as new layer just above horse shoe,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Duplicate image mirror,drag both below tube layer.Duplicate left place to top of frame.

Duplicate all these layers once again.

Resize2 by30,paste as new layer top right of frame.sharpen.

Drop shaddow,erase small part of pin.

Resize15 by45,paste as new layer bottom left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name on top center of 15.use deformation tool to adjust to fit.

Crop around tag,then resize by 650 Pixels width all layers ticked.
