Font of choice i used Impact,caps on.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.30.3.

File new 650x650 fill with white.make two tone gradient fro light and dark clolour from tube.

Make darker the sun burst gradient.50.50.5.Fill with this gradient.Mask.

New from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.Add noise mix 100.

Resize Flower7 by60.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

MuRa's Meister copies.encircle,enlarge by110.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Paste Paper2 as new layer.invert hit delete,drag below frame.

Copy and paste close up tube as new layer,Only eyes and nose showing,

hit delete,Change blend mode to screen,100 opacity.

Select none,drop shaddow frame as above.

Resize main tube by45.Paste as new layer right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize cat by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom of tube,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize bird3 by60.Image mirror Paste as new layer,bottom left of frame,

Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Open my wordart,paste as new layer top left of frame.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of frame,just beneath birds feet.

Add noise set on mix 100.Drop shaddow.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Duplicate39 times.Open rose animation,resize by75.edit select all,edit copy.

Highlight 1st frame of tag,edit select all,edit paste in selected frame.

Place to left of wordart.Repeat and place next right of wordart,

then repeat one more time,place over just above the M in mother.

View animation,save as.
