File new 650x650 fill with white,new layer resize paper8 by75,paste as new layer.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize frame2 by60.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.Magic wand,

click in center,modify exspand by5,resize paper3 by60.

Paste as new layer,invert hit delete,drag below frame.

Paste close up tube as new layer showing eyes to top of frame,

Change blend mode to softlight,select none,drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube by50.Paste as new layer left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize Sign2 by45.Image mirror.Paste bottom right of frame,unsharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize Dragonfly2 by20.Image mirror.Paste as new layer bottom right of sign,

unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize Wordart by35.Paste as new layer bottom of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name on top of sign,add EC gradient glow.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 21 times.

Open animation313.Edit select all,edit copy,Highlight 1st.frame of tag.

Edit select all,edit paste in selected frame.Place towards bottom center of frame.

View animation then save as.
