Plugins.Filters Unlimited.Edge square.

Eye Candy Gradient Glow.

Font of choice i used Impact on caps.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File 650x700,crop and resize later.Fill with white.

Select two colours from your tube,make the darker colour a gradient.

Linear.Angel 47.Repeats5.Fill with this gradient,mask new from image,

select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Image Picture Frame Stained Glass1.Frame outside the image.

Filters Unlimited,round edge,default settings.Resize by75.

Use selection tool,draw around center square.Make gradient linear.no angel,5 repeats 

with another two colours from tube,fill with this gradient.

Resize tube by55,paste as new layer bottom right of center frame.

Add Retro Babe wordart,left of tube.Font of choice,

add EC gradient glowthin white,set on3.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name between the feet of tube.Add gradient glow as above.

Crop then resize 650 pixels width.Delete background,Save as PNG.
