Resize frame6 by80.rotate free 90 left,paste as new layer,

Magic wand,click in center,modify exspand by5,

Resize paper36 by60.paste as new layer,image mirror.

invert hit delete,drag below frame.

Resize125 by30.Paste as new layer.place bottom left of frame,sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize127 by45.Paste as new layer center of frame.sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize120 by30.Paste as new layer,place between phonebox and clock.

Sharpen twice then drop shaddow.

Resize 126 by20,paste as new layer,between phonebox and clock

and on top road signs.Sharpen twice.

Resize 104 by60.Paste as new layer on top bottom towards right of frame.

Sharpen twice then drop shaddow.

Resize123 by45.Paste as new layer on top right of taxi,

Sharpen twice then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center of frame,caps on,drop shaddow.

Crop your tag,Save as PNG.
