Font of choice,i used Impact.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

Open template,delete credits layer.

Highlight raster2 select all float defloat.Resize paper7 by75.

Paste as new layer,invert hit delete,Select none.delete original layer.

Highlight raster3,select all,float,defloat,Open half close up tube,image mirror.

Paste only the face of half tube close up as new layer,

Invert hit delete,,Select none.change blend mode to soft light.

Highlight copy of raster3.select all float defloat,Open half close up tube,image mirror.

paste as new layer,invert hit delete,select none,change blend mode to Luminance.

Resize main tube by60.Paste as new layer below raster10.Drop shaddow.

Merge visable all rasters8.select all,float,defloat.

Paste paper10 as new layer.invert delete.Select none,delete original layer.

Highlight raster4,magic wand click on grey lines,

Paste paper9 as new layer,invert hit delete.Select none.

Highlight raster7.Magic wand click on top and bottom circles.

Paste paper1.resize by120.invert hit delete.Select none.

Highlight raster7 again,magic wand,click in the two center circles,

paste paper10 as new layer.Invert hit delete.Select none.Add psp weave effect blue.

Highlight copy of raster5.Magic wand click in center.

paste paper10 as new layer,invert hit delete.Select none.Add psp weave effect white.

Highlight raster6,magic wand click in center star,new layer,fill with colour.

select none,I repeated doing this untill i filled colours red white and blue.select none.

Add drop shaddow to raster10.

Add psp noise random on 100 to all white frames.but add another colour or gradient

to the two small square frames,then noise as above.Drop shaddow all layers.

Repeat the same on raster6 then drop shaddow.

Highlight bottom layer,new layer fill with a red and blue

self made gradient,mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name i used all caps for mine.bottom left of template,add psp weave effect,white.drop shaddow.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate 14 times.

Open animation2 resize by75.edit select all,edit copy.

Highlight 1st frame of tag,edit select all,edit paste into selected frame.

Place top left corner of teg.View animation,save as.
