Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650,fill with white.

Resize paper5 by75,paste as new layer.Mask new from image,

select and apply mask,merge mask visable,resize by105.

Resize Frame 1 by 75,paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click inside frame,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper1 by75.paste as new layer,invert hit delete,drag below frame.

Resize Fireworks by45.Paste as new layer,hit delete.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Select none.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube by30.Paste as new layer right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize blocks by45,paste as new layer bottom left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize hat by30.Paste as new layer top left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.Rotate slightly.

Resize ice cream by20,paste as new layer below tubes left hand,

sharpen,drop shaddow rotate slightly left.

Resize banner by85,Paste as new layer on top bottom of frame,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center of frame.Add EC gradient glow,thin white on 3.

Highlight frame paper fill,Effects Exnofex2,Constelation.Settings from top to bottom...

Star size.2.00.Star veriation.11.Edge star density.100.Overall star density.0.Overdrive.100.

Twinkle amount.62.Twinkle rotation.45.Keep original image ticked.Random seed.1.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Back to psp.

Add constelation again,hit random seed once.Edit copy merged,

Paste after current frame in animation shop.Back to psp.

Add conatelation again,hit random seed once.Edit copy merged,

Paste after current frame in animation shop.View animation,save as.
