Font of choice i used GregorianFLF.

Drop shaddow throughout 2 2 50.5.

File new 650x650.Fill with white.

Copy and paste paper5.as new layer,Mask new from image.

select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize Frame1.by60.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame.Modify exspand by5.

Resize paper1 by60.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete on keyboard,

Drag below frame,sharpen,drag below frame.

Open tube of choice,resize by35,image mirror,

Paste as new layer bottom right og frame.Select none.

Paste tube again on top of original,align up,Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Erase overlappin of tube bottom of frame.

Resize guts3 by30.Paste as new layer bottom left of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize guts2 by45.Paste as new layer top left of frame,sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize balloon by30.Paste as new layer beside guts2,

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize bonoculars by25.Paste as new layer,betwwen and on top

of elements on the left.Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize guts1 by25.Pastye as new layer bottom left of guts3,

sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize wordart by25.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize doodle3 by25.Paste as new layer left center of frame,

Sharpen,then drop shaddow.Duplicate,image mirror,

rotate and move slightly down frame.

Resize cycle by25.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tag,drop shaddow.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 7 times.

Open animation6.Resize by70.Edit select all,edit copy.

Highlight 1st.frame of your tag,edit select all,edit paste in selected frame,

place to top right of tag.Repeat again but place to bottom left of tag.

View animation.Save as.
