Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

Open cluster frame1.Delete credits.

Magic wand click in all blank spaces of the frame.Modify exspand by5.

New layer fill with 794E00.Drag below frame.Add psp weave effect in yellow.

Resize tube with elements of choice,by25.paste as new layer on top center of frame,

sharpen then drop shaddow.Drop shaddow frame.

Add new layer bottom of all layers,fill with white.

Resize canvas by 650x650.Fill with white.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name top right of frame,rotate slightly tight.Add EC gradient glow,thin white on3.

Crop around your tag.Highlight background layer.New layer,

fill with 9C2903.Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.resize by110.

Resize all layer by650 pixel width.

Delete background,Save as PNG.
