File new 650x650.Fill with white.

Copy and paste paper5 as new layer,mask new from image,

select and apply mask,merge mask visable.Resize by110.

Resize Frame1,paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame.MOdify exspand by5.

Resize paper12 by60.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete,

drag below frame layer.Select none.

Resize tube by60.sharpen,resize by60 again sharpen.

Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

Duplicate add gussisn blur set on3.Change blend mode to soft light.

Drop shaddow original tube and the frame.

Resize circle frame by60,paste as new layer on top

inside original frame,Drop shaddow.

Resize frame4.by75,paste as new layer just outside main circle frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.Add EC gradient glow,thin white set on3.

Resize glitter spil2 by60.Image flip,place bottom right of mask,

Duplicate,move to under her left foot.

Resize tag1 by60,Paste as new layer down left of frame.

Sharpen,then drop shaddow.

Duplicate frame4.by145.Paste as new layer.

Resize bellson string by45,Paste as new layer bottom right of tubes foot

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize blue satin3.by20.Paste as new layer top center of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Add url copy right and licence number.

Add name bottom left of frame.Drop shaddow.

Crop Opaque if needed.Resize 650 pixel width.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 4 times.

Open snow animation.Edit select all,edit copy.

Highlight 1st.frame of your tag.Edit select all paste in selected frame.

View animation,save as.
