File new 650x650,fill with white.

Copy and paste paper19,mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize Frame3 by60.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click inside frame.Resize Paper37 by45.

Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete.Drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.Select none.

Resize Tube by60 sharpen then resize again by75.

Paste as new layer bottom left of frame,Drop shaddow.

Resize3 by30,paste as new layer on top bottom left of house,

Sharpen,drop shaddow,paint a small blob of white on top of deers feet.

Resize5 by20,paste as new layer on top of frame,sharpen.Drop shaddow.

Resize 11 by20,paste as new layer on top bottom of frame,sharpen.Drop shaddow.

Resize52 by20.Paste as new layer top right of frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize114 by20,paste as new layer on top left of house roof.

Sharpen,erase the tree trunk so it looks like its behind the house.

Resie26 by20,paste as new layer bottom right of tube and behind,Sharpen Drop shaddow.

Resize24 by15.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of 26.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize23 by15.Paste as new layer on top left of dog 

and behind teapot and cup.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize7 x25.Paste as new layer on top right frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Close all layers that are inside the frame.and mask layer open.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate 4 times.

Open animation snow,resize animation by75.Edit select all,edit copy.

Highlight 1st frame on your tag,edit select all,edit paste in selected frame.

Back to psp.Close merged layers,open all others layers but not the background.

Merge layers visable.Edit copy,paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 4 times.

Edit select all,edit copy.Highlight 1st frame of your tag.

Edit select all,edit paste into selected frame.

View animation,save as.
