File new 650x650,fill with white.Mask new from image.

Colourize paper19.Hue.76.Saturation.129.Paste as new layer.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Copy and paste El21.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click inside frame,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper10 by45.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete.

Select none.Drag below frame,drop shaddow frame.

Resize el71 by45.Paste as new layer bottom center of frame,

rotate slightly.Drop shaddow.Add dsb bright noise mix on25.

Resize el.33 by60,paste as new layer on top center of tree,drop shaddow.

Colourize el49.as above.resize by75.Paste as new layer,

on top bottom center of frame.Drop shaddow. 

Resize tube by45,sharpen then resize agagin by75.

Resize El19 by30.Paste as new layer on top and below el41.

Resize el41.by60.Image mirror,paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Colourize el39 as above,Resize by60.Paste as new layer,

Rotate slightlt to left,place on top right of frame.

Sharpen,then drop shaddow.

Resize el4.by15.Paste as new layer on top el39.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize3 by15,Paste as new layer top left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Duplicate twice resise both by75.paste one either side of original.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name top right of mask,drop shaddow.
