Open template delete both info layers.

Resize tube by45,sharpen then resize by75.Paste as new layer.

on top center of template,drop shaddow 2.2.50.5.

Drag below all wordart layers.

Highlight top red rectangle,select all float defloat,

Copy and paste paper19 as new layer,invert,hit delete.

Select none,delete original layer.Repeat on bottom red rectangle.

Highlight center gold circle.select all float,defloat.

Resize paper14 by60.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete.

Select none.Delete original layer.

Highlight gold oval layer.Select all float,defloat.

Copy and paste paper4 as new layer.Invert hit delete.

Select none,delete original layer.

Highlight top right layer green rectangle,select all float,defloat.

Copy and paste paper5 as new layer.Invert hit delete.

Select none,delete original layer.

Repeat same on bottom left layer green rectangle.

Highlight top right green rectangle,select all float,defloat.

Copy and paste paper5 as new layer,invert hit delete.

Select none,delete original layer.

Repeat same for bottom right green rectangle.

Highlight center green strip,select all float,defloat.

Copy and paste paper1.as new layer,invert hit delete.

Select none,delete iriginal layer.

Add psp noise to all cream borders layers.set on random 50.

Resize ribbon6 by45.Paste as new layer on top center circle,

Drag below tube,drop shaddow,Duplicat image mirror.

Repeat same with ribbon2.below ribbon6.

Resize element6 by25.Paste as new layer top left bottom corner

of cream square.sharpen,drop shaddow.2.2.50.5.

Drag below center circle layers.

Duplicate image mirror.Move on top bottom right corner

of cream circle square.Drag below all wordarts.

Resize element21 by10.Paste as new layer top right corner

of cream square,sharpen,drop shaddow.Duplicate image mirror,

move on top left corner of bottom cream square.

drag below center circles.

Resize element8 by15.Paste as new layer top right corner

of top right red triandle.Sharpen then drop shaddow.2.2.50.5.

Rotate the stem to corner.Duplicate image mirror,move

on top left bottom red corner triangle.

Copy and paste sparkles1.as new layer on top all layers.Drag to bottom

right of template.Duplicate image mirro,image flip.

Add Happy Xmas to top righ of template,i used Wolf in the City size48,DS as above.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of template,drop shaddow.2.2.50.5.

Resize all layers by650 pixels width.

Delete white background layer.Save as PNG.
