VM Natural sparkle.

Font of choice i used Satisfaction

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650.fill with white.

Copy and paste paper8 as new layer.Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize frame1 by60.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.Magic wand.

Click inside frame,modify exspand by5.

Resize59 by55.Paste as new layer,invert hit delete.Drop shaddow both frame and clock.

Resize tube by60.Paste as new layer left of frame,sharpen.Drop shaddow.

Resize 92 by60.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,

sharpen,then drop shaddow.

Resize15 by20.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tree.

Sharpen,then drop shaddow.

Resize 14 by15,paste as new layer,left of15.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize42 by20.Paste as new layer to left of wine glass.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize13 by25.Paste as new layer left of candle,sharpen.Drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tube,add EC gradient glow,thin white on3.

Highlight tree layer.VM Natural sparkle default.Change max size to 12.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Back to psp.

Undo sparkle.Add sparkle again max size15.Edit copy merged.

Paste in animation shop after current frame.Back to psp.

Repeat undoing and adding sparkle as above two more times.Max size 18 and 20 .

View animation save as.
