Plugins.
Penta.com,colour dot.
Eye Candy Gradient Glow.
Font of choice i used Vivaldi.
Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
Open cluster frame,erase credits.New layer,drag below frame.
Fill with #A1CA3C.Now erase all overlapping around frame.
This is sure to fill those tiny blank spaces on frame.Add Penta.com,
colour dot.Settings from top to bottom.90.2.255.255.255.
Highlight frame,magic wand,click in center of frame.
Resize tube by45,paste as new layer bottom center of frame.
Invert,hit delete.Select none.
Paste tube again on top of original.
Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow tube and frame.
Add wordart top center of frame.Drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom left of tag,add EC.gradient glow,thin white on3.
Save as PNG.
