Drop shaddow throughout 2.2.50.5.
File new 650x650 fill with white.
Paste paper16 as new layer,mask new from image,
select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize frame1 by50.Paste as new layer on top center pf mask.
Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.
Resize paper20 by45.Paste as new layer invert hit delete.
drag below frame.Select none.
Resize frame3 by45.Paste as new layer on top of frame1.
Resize frame27 by45 paste as new layer on top of frame3.
Resize tube by45.Paste as new layer bottom left of frame.
Sharpen,unsharpen mask,drop shaddow.
Resize73 by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of mask.Drop shaddow.
Resize 74 by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom r5ight of73.
Sharpen unsharpen mask.Drop shaddow.
Resize 25 by30.Paste as new layer on top 74,drop shaddow.
Erase bits so doves feet is on 74.
Resize91 by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of 74,
Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow,rotate slightly.
Resize 208 by45.Paste on top bottom right of mask,duplicate
image mirror,duplicate image flip,duplicate image mirror.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom of tube,drop shaddow.
Highlight frame paper fill.Add VM.Natural Sparkle.Just change max size to12.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new animation.Back to psp.
Undo sparkle,add sparkle on14.Edit copy paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp.undo sparkle,ad sparkle on18.Edit copy merged,
paste in animation after current frame.
View animation,save as
