Font of choice i used Punk.

Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.50.5. Balck.

File new 650 x 650. Fillwith white.

Copy and paste Paper49. Mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Resize Frame12. by30. Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Duplicate move to top left of original, duplicate image mirror.

Arange to suite yourself. Drag bottom frame to top, merge all 3 frames visable.

Magic wand click inside all frames. Modify exspand by5.

Resize Paper46. by50. Paste as new layer, invert hit delete, drag below frames.Select none.

Magic wand click inside top right frame, copy and paste full tube,showing only face.

invert, hit delete. Select none. Repeat as above for the other 2 frames.

Copy and paste frame again, same size as above. Erase overlapping of top frames

in bottom frame, magic wand click in center of bottom frame,

modify exspand by5, copy and paste tube face as above, invert hit delete, 

drag below frame, select none. Change blend mode on all tube faces overlay.

Merge all frames and tube faces visable, drop shaddow.

Resize full tube by45. Paste as new layer on top bottom center of frames.

Sharpen, then drop shaddow.

Resize124. by45. Paste as new layer on top left of mask. Drop shaddow.

Duplicate image mirror. Duplicate image flip. Duplicate image mirror.

Resize123. by45. Paste as new layer on top center of mask, drop shaddow.

Duplicate, move to bottom left center of mask, duplicate image mirror.

Resize106.by40. Paste as new layer on top bottom right, drop shaddow, drag below tube.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name on top bottom left of tag, drop shaddow.

Delete white background, save as PNG.
