Font of choice i used Alex Brush

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.Black.

File new 650 x 650.Fill with white.

Copy and paste Paper3.as new layer.Use deformation tool to stretch from top upwards

So you do not see the hat on the bottom left corner.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.

Copy and paste tube as new layer on top center of mask.Drop shaddow.

Resize Element3.by50.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tag.Drop shaddow.

Resize Element2.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tag,drop shaddow.

Resize Element7.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom leftt of mask.

Duplicate image mirror move down slightly.Duplicate resize by60.

Move to bottom left of tube.Duplicate move to right of tube.

Resize Element23.by20.Paste as new layer on top left center of mask.Drop shaddow.

Add wordart on top left of tube,drop shaddow.I used Allura font on28.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name on top center of Element2,drop shadow. Edit copy merged,paste into animation shop as new animation. Duplicate 34 times.

 Animation...

Open animation,edit select all,edit copy.Highlight 1st.frame of your tag.

Edit select all,edit paste into selected frame, place bottom left of tube.

View animation,save as.
