Resize Paper46. by75. Paste as new layer. Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask. Merge mask visable.

Resize Frame by50.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Use deformation tool to straighten and line up frame.

Magic wand, click in center of frame.Modify exspand by5.

Highlight 1st.frame of tag.Edit select all.Edit paste into selected frame.

Place just above dolphin's mouth.Change animation frame properties to15.

Copy palm tree from PSP tag.Paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 14.Times.

Edit select all.Edit copy.Edit select all.Paste into selected frame on top of original.

Repeat as above for the parrot element.

View animation. Save as.
