File new 650 x 650.Fill with white.

Resize Paper1.by85.Paste as new layer.Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.

Resize Frame by50.Move on to top left of mask.Erase top left small frame.

Magic wand,click in center of all frames.Modify exspand by5.

Resize Paper5.by60.Paste as new layer.Invert, hit delete.Drag below frame.

Resize tube by75.Paste face into each of frame.

Image mirror tubes to your own liking.See mine for details.

Hit delete as you paste each face into frame.

Resize original tube by35.Image mirror.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame.

Sharpen all tubes on tag.Drop shaddow main tube and frame.

Resize Fern by75.Paste as new layer on top bottom right center of mask.

Sharpen.Drop shaddow.Erase part of stem.Duplicate, image mirror.

Resize Flowers3.by55.Paste as new layer on top bottom right center of mask.

Rotate slightly to left.Sharpen.Drop shaddow.Erase stem and leaf.

Duplicate, image mirror.Merge these layers visable.Duplicate.

Copy and paste Foilage2.As new layer, image mirror.Place on top left of frame.

Sharpen.Drop shaddow.Erase parts you do not want showing on tag.

Resize Bird by15.Paste as new layer on top left of foilage2.

Sharpen.Drop shaddow.Duplicate.

Resize butterfly by15.Paste as new layer on top bottom right below tubes legs.

Sharpen. Drop shaddow.Rotate slightly to left.Duplicate.

Open Bling.cut round the small star resize if need be.

Paste one star on each side of all tubes.Erase the gold enda of the stars.

Open Sparkles.Cut out small sparkle.Resize by65.Paste as new layer.

One on the Your and end E of wordart.

Resize Rose by20.Paste as new layer on top bottom center of wordart.

Sharpen.Drop shaddow.Rotate slightly right.Erase small part of stem.

Add URL.Copyright and licence number.

Add name on top bottom center of tag.Drop shaddow.

Delete white background Save as.
