Tube of choice i used Arthur Crowe. Beauty Pink Goddess Tube and Kit. HERE.

Font of choice i used Alex Brush
Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.50.5. Black.
File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.
Resize paper12.by75.Paste as new layer. Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask. Merge mask visable.
Open ele26.Magic wand, click in center of frame, modify exspand by5.
Resize Paper1.by60.Paste as new layer. Drag down and across so stars show.
Invert, hit delete. Select  none. Drag below frame.Merge these 2 layers visable.
Copy and paste ele26.As new layer on top of original.Drop shaddow.
Back to ele26.undo all, back to how it came in the kit.
Resize clouds on your tube by50.Copy and paste on top center of frame.
Use deformation tool to adjust sides to fit inside of frame.
Resize tube by50.Paste as new layer on top bottom center of frame.Sharpen.Drop shaddow.
Resize ele45.by60.Paste as new layer on top right of mask, drop shaddow.Duplicate.Image mirror.
Resize ele17.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame.
Drop shaddow.Duplicate, image mirror.
Resize ele27.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tag.Drop shaddow.
Resize ele38.by40.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tag.Drop shaddow.
Copy and paste ele6.As new layer on top bottom left inside frame.Drop shaddow.
Erase overlapping of ele at the top of frame.
Resize ele11.by40.Paste as new layer on top left of mask.Duplicate.Image mirror.
Move to top corner.Erase what you do not want showing, see mine for details.
Add URL.Copyright and licence number.
Add name on top center of mask.Drop shaddow.

Animation...
Edit copymerged.Paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 15.Times.
Open SimoneAni398-fairydust.Edit select all, edit copy.
Highlight 1st.frame of tag.Edit select all, edit paste into selected frame.
Place on top center of tag.
Back to PSP.Copy tube from tag, paste on top of original in animation shop.
View animation.Save as.
