Font of choice i used MC Sweetie Hearts.
Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.50.5. Black.
File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.
Copy and paste Paper6.Mask new from image.
Select and apply mask. Merge mask visable.
Resize Valentine heart border by85. Paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand, click in center of frame. Modify exspand by5.
Resize Paper2.by60. Paste as new layer. Invert hit delete. Drag below frame.
Add E.C. Gradient glow thin white to frame, drop shaddow.
Resize tube by30. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame. Sharpen. Drop shaddow.
Resize beautiful rose stem1.by30. Paste as new layer on top of left hand.
Rotate slightly to the right. Drop shaddow.
Resize Gift rose basket1.by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tag. Drop shaddow.
Resize champagne bottle by30. Paste as new layer on top left of rose basket. Drop shaddow.
Resize Red wine glass. by20. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of Bottle. Drop shaddow.
Resize round red gift box.by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tube. Drop shaddow.
Resize Kiss lips1. by20. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame. Drop shaddow.
Resize Letter with hearts by20. Paste as new layer below left of Gift box.
Drop shaddow. Rotate slightly left.
Resize jewelery box by20. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tag. Drop shaddow.
Add URL. Copyright and Licence number.
Add name top left of tag. Add E.C.Gradient glow. Drop shaddow. Duplicate.
Delete white background. Save as PNG.
