Duplicate image mirror. Duplicate again 3.times.
Place on top center left, center right and bottom center of frames.
Repeat as above with Fireworks2.Place on top of original fireworks.
Highlight frame clouds.Use selection tool, add Sparkle.Default settings.
Just change Maxi settings to13.
Resize New Year mask by15.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tag .
Rotate slightly right. Sharpen, unsharpen mask. Drop shaddow.
Add URl.Copyright and Licence number.
Add name on top bottom center of mask.Add E.C.Gradient Glow, thin white.

Animation...
Edit copy merged, paste into animation shop as new animation.Duplicate15.Times.
Open Simone Fireworks2.Edit Select all,edit copy.
Highlight 1st.frame of your tag.Edit select all, edit paste into selected frame.
Place just below 2017 wordart.Repeat and place right center of frame.
Repeat place bottom center of frame.
Open Fireworks3.Repeat as above, place 1st.firework on top left of clock.
Place 2nd.firework on top bottom right of frame.View animation save as.

Back to psp. Repeat as above one more time .Change random seed to20.
View animation, save as.
