Font of choice i used Agency FB.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

Resize ss16 paste as new layer this should automatically

be centered drop shaddow duplicate

name these layers 1 and 2.

Paste ss12 as new layer drag below layer 1 and 2 drop shaddow.

Resize ss26 paste as new layer on top of layers 1 and 2

magic wand click in center selections modify

exspand by5 Resize paper of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize ss49 paste as new layer drop shaddow

delete on keyboard drop shaddow frame.

Resize ss27 paste as new layer drag below 1st frame

resize so it just shows underneath 1st frame.

Effects blur motion blur set on 40 pixels and 315 angle.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer image mirror

place to right of frames drop shaddow.

Resize ss42 and 43 paste as new layers place one on top of the other

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow as you go.

Resize wordart of choice paste to top left

of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Resize year number wordart paste as new layer place

to top center of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize crop add url copywrite and watermark.

Highlight layer you name1 image rotate 40 to the left

edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp image rotate 40 to the left edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Do this last roation for a further 4 frames.

Highlight the layer you named2.

Repeat as above but do the rotation 40 to the right

making 5 frames this time.

View animation if happy with your work save it.
