File new 600x650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice i used a black and pale blue then made a gradient from the darker colour. Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable. Resize teachers desk paste as new layer drop shaddow move to center left. Resize chalkboard paste as new layer place to top left drop shaddow. Resize smilyface5 paste as new layer place to top left of chalkboard drop shaddow. Highlight chalkboard add back to school wordart drop shaddow. Paste tube of choice as new layer place on top of chalkboard with the teachers chalk on the bottom of the wordart drop shaddow. Resize books and apple paste as new layer place on top bottom right of teachers desk drop shaddow. Resize letters1 paste as new layer place on top left center of teachers desk drop shaddow. Add wordart of choice i added good morning place top right of chalkboard drop shaddow. Add name place on top bottom of mask drop shaddow. Resize crop add url copywrite and watermark.
