New layer fill with red/blac gradient mask new from image

select and apply mask mergge mask visable.

Resize frame8 paste as new layer on top center of mask

magic wand click in all blank spaces inside frame selections

modify exspand by5 new layer fill with red colour select none

drag below frame.

Resize pendant1 paste as new layer place on top of frame paper

move to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cog wheels9 paste as new layer place to left of frame

 drag below frame and on top of mask rotate 90% left drop shaddow

place top lrft of frame.

Resize tree paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize baubles 2 and 3 paste as new layers on top of tree

place to your liking drop shaddow.

resize snowman5 paste as new layer place down right of frame

drop shaddow.

Resize steampunk niko paste as new layer place bottom right

corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Open my wordart from supplies paste as new layer

place to bottom of frame.

Add name place to top of frame.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Crop and resize by 650 pixels width.

Close all layers leaving open white background mask and frame

paper fill merge these layers visable.

Edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate

9 times open snow from supplies edit select all edit copy
highlight 1st frame of tag edit select all edit paste in current frame.
 Back to psp close mrefge layers open all others you closed

merged visable edit copy paste in animation shop as new image

duplicate 9 times edit select all edit copy highlight your tag

edit select all edit paste in current frame.

View animation save as.
