File new 650x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize scallops frame paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in center selections modify exspand by5

resize paper of choice paste as new layer

drag below frame selections invert delete on keyboard.

Drop shaddow frame.

Resize 3 trees paste as new layer on top and inside frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left side of frame drop shaddow duplicate.

Resize goldpresent2 paste as new layer place to right bottom

of tube drop shaddow.

Resize golden present paste as new layer place

right of goldpresent2 drop shaddow.

Resize golden lighted candle paste as new layer place

left of golden present drop shaddow. 

duplicate Golden present image mirror move right of candle.

resize Christmas tree paste as new layer place

bottom right corner and on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize star paste as new layer place to top of tree

drop shaddow.

Add name place on top right of frame add a gradient glow.

Add url copyright and watermark.

Delete white background save as PNG.
