Penta.com dot and cross.

Tramages Tow the line.

Exenofex2,Lightning.

Font of choice i used Witches Magic.

File new fill with white, new layer fill with a black and grey

gradient, Linear 45 Angle 8 repeats, Mask new from image

select and apply mask, merge mask visable. Addd Penta dot cross.

Open Cluster erase credits, magic wand click in all blanks

modify exspand by5, new layer fill with black

Add Tramages Tow the line.effects.Drop shaddow frame.

Highlight paper fill of frame, duplicate twice.name 1.2.3.

Close 2and3 layers,highlight layer1

Effects Exenofex.Lightning. Move Nodules to wher you want lightning

Use default setting random seed 1.

Repeat adding lightning on layers 2 and 3, closing last layer and highlighting layer above it.

Should any lighning overlap frame,use selection tool and cut it away.

Resize tube paste as new layer on top center of frame,drop shaddow

use selection tool to cut overlapping of tube at the bottom.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Close 2 and 3 layers of lightning highlight layer1.

edit copy merged , paste in animation shop as new animation.

Repeat on layers 2 and 3 but paste after current frame in animation.

Edit select all, Animation frame properties set on 20.

View animation,save as.
