Font of choice io used BlackKnightFLF.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with paper1,

mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

open doodle, cut round the 1st one, resize edit copy,paste as new layer

image mirror place on top right of mask,duplicate image mirror

duplicate image flip,duplicate image mirror.

Resize frmae3 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center modify,exspand by5

Fill with paper5 invert delete on keyboard,drag below frame.selet none.

Add Penta.com dot and cross,default settings.

Open the crosses, cut round the 1st.cross,edit copy paste

as new layer,resize to fit in side frame,drop shaddow.

Resize tube paste as new layer on top right of frame,drop shaddow.

Open the hearts,cut round the 1st and 3rd heart, Edit copy,

paste as new layer,resize,place one top left and other bottom left drop shaddow.

Open the stars cut round the 3rd and 4th. star,edit copy

paste as new layer,resize place around the frame,see mine for detail.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name to bottom left of frame, drop shaddow.

Highlight cross layer, Colour adjust Brightness and Contrast.Brightness 8. Contrast -37.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp,work Brightness and Contrast on another two layers.

Chane to -50. -68.Paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation, Save as.
