Font of choice for my name i used Lombardic.

Banner...
File new 650x250,fillwith white.New Layer,i used a paper from a PTU kit
But you can do the same or any colour to copliment your tube.
Add Tramages Tow the line,default settings.
Open close up tube,image mirror,resize 110 larger.Paste as new layer,
Move to far left of template.Change blend mode to soft light.
Resize original close up tube,paste as new layer to right of template.
Add Cow Gals do it Best wordart,Scurlock font size36.Black.
Add EC gradient glow,colour.Black halo,black size3.Place towards
top center of template,duplicate.Merge all visable.
Effects.AAA Frames,Foto Frame,just change the width to 20.
Highlight merged background,select all,float,modify contrast by5.Invert.
new layer,fill with 22385E.Select none.Add EC gradient glow,colour.Black halo,black size3.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name.Stroke 000000.Fill 22385E.Add EC gradient glow,colour.Black halo,22385E size3
Place Towards bottom center of the two tubes.
Save as PNG.

Aviator...
File new 150x150,fill with white.
Resize paper1,paste as new layer.Add tramages Tow the line.
Resize tube,paste as new layer,drop shaddow.Merge layers visable.
Effects.AAA Frames,Foto Frame,just change the width to 20.
Highlight merged background,select all,float,modify contrast by5.Invert.
new layer,fill with 22385E.Select none.Add EC gradient glow,colour.Black halo,black size3.
Add copyright and licence number.Add 1st.letter of name,Add same EC as on your banner name.
Place bottom right corner of frame.
Save as PNG.
