Spring into Summer

 

Tube of choice i used Alexander McMillan.

FTU Essence of Spring cluster frame.HERE.Thanks for sharing.
Font of choice i used KR Butterfly 3.
Open frame.New layer fill with white.
Magic wand,click in center,Selections modify,exspand by5
Change Foreground to F6D4DA.Background to EDB4BE.Make background
Sunburst gradient.Horizontal 50.Vertical 50.7Repeats.Invert gradient.
New layer fill with this gradient.Drag below frame.
Resize tube,paste as new layer to right bottom of frame,drop shaddow.
Selections invert,delete on keyboard,select none.drop shaddow frame.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name to bottom right of frame,drop shaddow.Crop around frame.
Highlight Frame fill,effects noise add noise 30 uniform.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.
back to psp add noise this time on 40.Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop
after current frame.back to psp,add noise once again this time on 50.
View animation,save as.
