Font of choice i used Vivaldi.
Open template.new layer,fill with white,drag to bottom.
Highlight frame,magic wand,click in 1st frame,modify exspand by5.
new layer fill with 000000.Copy and paste tube as new layerto right of frame
drag below frame,change blend mode to Luminance,add Tramages tow the line.Select none.
Work the other 2 frames in the same way,filling center frame with D24262.
And adding Kang Houdidi is only sleeping effect.Fill right frame in black
then add psp weave effect D24262.
Resize tube of choice,paste as new layer on top bottom center of frame,Drop shaddow.
Open my wordart,copy and paste as new layer bottom center of frame.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom right of frame,drop shaddow.
Crop around frame,resize 650 pixels width.delete white background.
Save as PNG.
