VM Natural Sparkle.

Font of choice i used Mardian Demo.

Open cluster frame.New layer,fill with #DAC132.Drag below frame.

Erase all overlapping fill colour around the frame.

Drop shaddow frame.1.1.30.5.Black.

Resize tube by25.Place bottom center of frame,

sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.2.2.50.5.Black.

Copy and paste my wordart as new layer,

Place top center of frame.

Highlight white background layer.new layer.Fill with gradient.

Foreground #386C13.Background #6B4808.Linear Angle 43.10 repeats.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask.Merge mask visable,resize by110.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tube,add EC gradient glow,thin white set on3

Resize all layers ticked by650 pixel width.

Animation...

Effects.plugins.VM Natural Sparkle.Default setting,just change max amount to12.

Edit copy merged.Paste in animation as new animation.Back to psp.

Undo sparkle,add sparkle again max amount14.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation after current frame.back to psp.

Undo sparkle,add sparkle again max amount16.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation after current frame.

View animation.Save as.
