Font of choice i used MC Sweetie Hearts on text size55.

Open cluster frame.New layer,fill with white.Drag below frame.

Magic wand click in blank spaces of frame,

modify exspand by7,new layer fill with #CD9FBB.

Drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.2.2.50.5.

Resize tube by75.Paste as new layer so only her face is showing.

Invert hit delete.Select none,add Penta.com.

Dot and cross on default.Change blendmode to softlight.

Resize tube by25,paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow as above.

Highlight white background,New layer fill with #95178A.

Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center of frame.Duplicate,select all,float.

Modify exspand by1.Fill with white,drag below original.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
