Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650,fill with white.

New layer fill with paper08.Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize frame9 by45.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper01 by45,invert,hit delete,drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube by60.Paste as new layer,on top center of frame.

Duplicate,effects,gussian blur set on5.

Change blendmode to softlight,drop shaddow.

Resize Motorcycle01 by45.Paste as new layer,bottom left of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen,then drop shaddow.

Resize Gear04 by45 then 75,paste as new layer 0n top left of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen,then drop shaddow.

Resize Gears02 by25.Paste as new layer top left of frame.

Sharpen,then unsharpen.Drop shaddow.

Resize Bit bracelet02 by45 twice.Paste as new layer,top right

of frame,Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize braclet01.by45.Paste as new layer,top right of frame.

Just beneath Bit bracelet02.Sharpen then unsharpen,then drop shaddow.

Resize Bike01 by 45 twice.Sharpen,unsharpen,Drop shaddow.

Add wordart to top right or tag.I used FHA Condensed French Shaded NC font

on size28.Then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom right of tag,add EC Gradient Glow,Colour Halo,black on 3.

Delete white background,Save as PNG.
