Open Steampunk cluster frame.New layer,fill with white.

Resize Steampunkp by60.Paste as new layer.

Layers arrange send to bottom.Erase overlapping around tag.

Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.2.2.60.6.

Add Penta.com effect.72.10.2.

Resize Tube by60.Place bottom right of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.2.2.60.6.

Resize SteampunkE9 by25.Paste as new layer,top right of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen,drop shaddow.2.2.60.6.

Resize SteampunkE10 by45.Paste on top inside center of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.2.2.60.5.

Highlight white background layer.

Copy and paste Steampunkp3 as new layer,mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tube,Drop shaddow.2.2.60.6.

delete white background,Save as PNG.
