Font of choice i used CF SnowBall.

Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.30.5.black.

File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.

Resize Paper17. by75. Paste as new layer. Mask select and apply mask,merge mas visable.

Resize Frame1. By50. Paste as new layer on top center of mask. 

Magic wand click in center of frame, modify exspand by5.

Resize20. by110. Paste as new layer, invert hit delete, drag below frame.

Select none, drop shaddow frame.

Resize full tube by45. Paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize68. by45. Paste as new layer on top right bottom of frame.

Sharpen, then drop shaddow.

Resize25. by15. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tree, drop shaddow.

Copy and paste4, as new layer on bottom left of present. Drop shaddow.

Resize24. by20. Paste as new layer to bottom right of tube. Drop shaddow.

Resize7.by20. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of present,

sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize6. by20. Paste as new layer on top right of present.

Drag below4. Sharpen, then drop shaddow.

Resize73. by60. Paste as new layer on top bottom of mask. Drop shaddow.

Resize50. by20. Paste as new layer on top of tree, sharpen, drop shaddow.

Resize10. by20. Paste as new layer on top right of white present.

Sharpen, then drop shaddow.

Resize40. by5. Paste as new layer on top left of tree, sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize37. by10. Paste as new layer on top right of tree. Sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize39. by10. Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tree, sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize42. by10. Paste as new layer on top of tree, sharpen drop shaddow.

Resize71. by25. Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tube. Sharpen drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name top center of mask. drop shaddow.

Animation...

Open Tiny Star in PSP. Highlight tree on your tag. Copy and paste tiny star

at random on the tree. Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back tp PSP. Undo all the stars. Copy and paste another random lot on the tree.

Edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat as above untill you have filled your tree with tiny stars.

I ended up with 4 frames on mine. I only added a few stars one layer at a time

from top to bottom of my tree.

When your happy with your finished tag, Veiw animation save as.
