Tiny star HERE.

Font of choice i used Candara.

Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.30.5. black.

File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.

Resize paper34. by75. Paste as new layer. Mask new from image,

select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Copy and paste 94. as new layer on top bottom left of mask, duplicate,

image mirror, drag on top of frame.

Copy and paste 93. as new layer on top left of mask, duplicate, image mirror.

Resize Frame1. by50. Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame, modify exspand by5.

Resize paper15. by45. Paste as new layer, invert hit delete, 

drag below frame. Select none, drop shaddow frame.

Resize full tube by45. Paste as new layer bottom left of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow. Erase bottom of tube, so her wings hang over the frame.

Resize50. by50. Paste as new layer on top bottom left of tube, sharpen, drop shaddow.

Resize51. by50. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame, sharpen, drop shaddow.

Resize1. by35. Paste as new layer left of beloved statue. Sharpen, drop shaddow.

Resize79. by25. Paste as new layer on top of hand on tube.

Sharpen, drop shaddow. Erase stem showing on tube.

Resize41. by10. Colour grey scale.Paste as new layer to left of rabbit. Duplicate,

image mirror. Move to bottom center of rabbit.

Resize9.by15. Paste as new layer on top bottom right of tag.

Sharpen, drop shaddow, duplicate image mirror, resize by75. move to right of original.

Resize75. by45. colour grey scale, paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame,duplicate image mirror.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tag, add E.C. gradient glow, thin white on3. Drop shaddow.

Animation...

Open Tiny Star in PSP. Highlight your tube. Copy and paste tiny star

at random on tiara. Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back tp PSP. Undo all the stars. Copy and paste another random lot on tiara.

Edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat as above untill you have filled your tree with tiny stars.

I ended up with3 frames on mine. I only added a few stars one layer at a time

from top to bottom of tiara.

When your happy with your finished tag, Veiw animation save as.
