Font of choice.
Open a new image fill with white
New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize element 49 paste as new layer on top of mask.Drop shaddow frame.
Resize element78 paste as new layer down left side of frame drop shaddow.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer to left side of frame drop shaddow.
Add name i used Stencil font place to bottom of tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and water mark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
Now that was easy lol.
